Hi,

I like my phone, but recently, when i try to acess my music file and everytime i play them using Muisc player

"not enogh" memory pops up but i have 20mb free file for my 2 gig memory card and 30mb for the phone memory...

ive tried updating the files thur "update music library" but still the same issue...

the music can play but i have to go to my memory card just to pick a song and its so much better with the music player application....

help please =(

Refreshing the library only updates a database file by finding new tracks on the memory card.

I suspect the issue is connected to your phone software, all you can really do on this type of phone is to try to update the software (www.nokia.com/softwareupdate) - if you already have the latest version, it will be reinstalled and should overwrite any problems.

You need to backup your personal data from the phone memory (contacts, messages etc.) before doing this, when you restore the backup after the update, I recommend that you untiick any items from the restoration that you don't use, and whatever happens leave out 'settings' from he restoration.

But im still getting the same error. Ive updated my software. but i'ts still the same.

Do i download a music player application from Nokia????

and now i cant play any of the songs even if i go to my memory card...

it still says "not enough memory"...

even the "equalizer" doesnt even open when i acess media settings....

The update process wipes all memory and reinstalls the phones operating system and other software from scratch, so there shouldn't theoretically still be a problem afterwards. There were several Supernova phones from Nokia, what is the exact model number? There were: 7100, 7210, 7310, 7510 and 7610 models.

I have the same problem everytime I play music it says not enough memory in all I know I haven't stored so much songs and little amount of images. I don;t know what to do please help me thanks

Might not be your physical memory, but more your RAM. Try closing any background applications or uninstalling any apps which do run in the background but you have little or no use for
