Unable to download songs from Nokia Music Store (Nokia Asha 308)

Hi, i have nokia asha 308. It comes with 3 months unlimited music download. My phone's 3 months are not over yet, still when i try to download music it shows a message 'download failed'.
I have try 'restore factory settings' but that doesn't work either.
Other net apps are working.
plz help me...

in this case, you will need to contact Nokia directly by clicking the Nokia Support link at the bottom of this page.

Which internetconnection are you using when trying to download? If you have more than one SIM card in your phone, have you assigned one as you default data sim?
