noki music not working

I have Nokia lumia 800 with software at 7.8 when I click download song from store in Nokia music it says "This phone has already subscribed to nokia music unlimited " and does not download any songs please someone help..

The error message applies to a Nokia account used to activate a second device. While you can download music for free in the second device, you can only play already downloaded music on previous device.

Please check that you only activated one device then and that is your Nokia Lumia 800.
