i have lumia 800. I download some songs in my lumia 800, after completion of each song, it tries to save the song, but it gives message NOT SAVED. I can't save any song, previously it was working fine. please help..
Nokia is currently aware that certain track downloads may result in the text "Not saved" being displayed. The root cause has already been identified, a fix is currently being implemented and will be available shortly. No changes to your device is or will be necessary for the fix to take place..
It's not for *certain track* it's for all tracks, and also even after getting update on last day(07/02/2013), problem not yet solved.
This problem is there for almost last two month, and I lost my almost 40 days of download and again I subscribed for 90 days, and already lost 15 days of download.
Is Nokia going to refund for this issue?

The issue that was identified would only have affected music that were added to the Nokia Music India and China catalogue between the 3rd January and today. This issue has now been resolved, so any new music should not be affected. All previously affected music should be fixed in the upcoming days, so you should soon be able to download or stream these tracks again. We apologies for the inconvenience caused!
Well Even after the 7 Feb Update to nokia music the propblem still persist for all track that we are trying to download. Atleast on Nokia Lumia 800

for AT least giving us some hope... But if u specify approx. date when the update will be provided i shall be thankfull to u... because my unlimited subscription is going to expire soon....
This is the known issue in lumia Devices now days,
Nokia Backend Music team is working on it.
Issue is only with new songs/ albums which are updated on Music service from last 20 days approx.
You can download all old uploaded song/albums.
So Request you to wait for sometime.
