Hi tom_skazi,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.
Please reinstall the current software with Nokia Suite. Connect your phone to Nokia Suite and click on the green arrow where you will see the option to reinstall the current software displayed in blue. This will reinstall the pre installed applications such as your music applications and the Nokia Store and will resolve the applications from not working properly.
