I cannot download music from the Nokia Music store on my Nokia Lumia 510. Every time I download a track, it gets downloaded but when going to save it in My Music, it says "Not Saved". The error message reads "That song was not saved properly. Please go back and try again. You will not be charged for it." I tried downloading it again but the same thing happened. What should I do, please help.

I am also facing the same problem.
Although i am using latest Nokia Music(Version-3.6.99.508) apps and recently I have updated os of my phone to 7.8.

Since you already have the latest version for Nokia Music app, try to uninstall and reinstall the application and check if same thing will happen.

I am using nokia lumia 510, and i love it. But from the past 3 days i also have the same problem. Whenever i download song it start downloading but finally generate error "NOT SAVED", i am using latest version 3.6.99.508. Please held if anyone have sol.. for it.....

M also facing d same problem on my 710, earlier it used to show not saved now it says downloading failed...
Please solve this problem

Well this has been happening with some particular downloads and not with all the songs that I try downloading. Some songs are getting downloaded and saved to music but some are getting "not saved".

uninstalling and installing Nokia Music again did not help for the problem persisted. Please suggest some alternative or help us find a proper solution to it.

The problem is now has been solved. All users can now download music. Nokia has fixed the problem.
