The improvements in 1600.2483.8106.11500 state: “Better Wi-Fi connectivity”. What does that mean? Have they added the WiFi drivers needed to enable Internet Sharing (tethering).

Yesterday I saw a demo with standard WP7.5 Internet Sharing on a HTC Titan. That looked very useful but I can’t find it on my Lumia 800.

I have read that in order to enable this feature a manufacturer (Nokia) must enable WiFi drivers to support this it. So I am hoping it will be part of the Better Wi-Fi connectivity in the 1600.2483.8106.11500 update. Or is this just wishful thinking?

The update doesn't include Internet Sharing. There is pressure on Nokia to enable this. I've no idea what the "better wifi connectivity" refers to.

That said, my battery life has been siginicantly better since the update. The disappearing keyboard bug has also stopped but my keyboard is often quite laggy now.
