7.8 for Lumia 900

While I understand that "Nokia does not publish the expected release dates for new software versions", I am becoming very frustrated that my phone refuses to begin the updated process three weeks after it was 'released' (I have an unlocked Lumia 900 and live in Australia).

 

It really, really ticks me off as I migrated from Android phones, which currently have infinitely fewer frustrations than WP, and even then their updates came thick and fast. It seems WP isn't competent enough to roll out a single update properly in the full year I've had my phone.

 

Please someone give me some hope that 7.8 is somewhere on the horizon.

Click here for more info about the WP7.8 availability. If there's a new version for your phone, you just have to wait. It'll become available soon. :smileyhappy:
