With Corning Gorilla Glass it is probably superfluous and nothing detracts more than screen protector with any trapped air bubbles!

But just in case, I strongly advise you to use the screen protector. Not that I don't trust the Corning Gorilla glass, but I just wanted to keep my Lumia clean and looks as new as I bought my phone. And that means no scratches on my gorgeous screen.

It's just your choice whether you want to use it or not. The Gorilla screen itself is scratch-proof.

Corning Gorilla glass is scratch resistant and very tough. It is however not scratch proof. Using a screen protector is a personal choice and would never hurt if you choose to do so. Make sure though you use a protector which will leave the proximity sensor free and functioning.

Gorilla glass is good, but still, most screens will become heavily scratched over the course of two years. Due to the glass being softer than metals and some sharp plastics. Therefore I recommend a screen protector as this can be replaced when ever needed.

Gorilla glass is scratch resistant and not scratch proof. It does not scratch as easily as normal glass but it will still scratch under the right circumstances. Personally I have yet to see a completely scratch free Gorilla glass after a few months normal use.
