Audio volume

I had been using Lumia 820 for two weeks and I find my volume of the volume of the audio output very very low occasionally. The mix radio n video are playing in normal volume but music is very very low occasionally. Once I restart the phone it is back to normal. But within a week this has happened thrice. Do I have to change any settings?? And also while plugging in ear phones, the jack does recognise the ear phones easily. I have to plug it three four times to get it plugged properly. Does anyone else experience the same?

You may try the soft reset. Your files won't be deleted. So, it's okay to do it. Soft reset can be done by pressing and holding both the volume down button and the power key for 10 seconds. Then, observe your phone.

Hope this helps. :smileyhappy:

Re: Audio volume

I went to a Nokia care.. He took my phone and updated software and has asked to me inform him in case of any problem.. A hard and soft reset also done.. But aftr 3 days of this, again I experience the same problem. Il have to go to Nokia care again but the problem is when I told them I had this kind of a problem, they were just clueless and the software update was just an eye wash. Hard and soft reset are just a temporary solution Aleisha11
