Hi to all,

I'm new but I follow you since long.

I have the 800 and lumia handsfree car kit.

Unfortunately the first time I've done the pairing to

required on the display of lumia to accept to download the address book

I answered no by mistake and since then I can not to have to see it

the display of the car.

I tried several times to redo the pairing but nothing to do.

I also tried changing the device name but nothing.

I tried with another WP (Nokia 610) and everything works perfectly

In the Bluetooth settings always appears the name of the kit and I can't delete it.

Apart from a hard reset that I would avoid, someone can help me?

How can I reconfigure the bluetooth connection from scratch?

Remove the pairing in your car system and then perform the pairing again. Check your car manuals for instructions.

I have a 800 however it just will not pair with a Mercedes Audio 20 unit.  The phone just keeps searching, I left it doing this for 30 minutes.  I have tried turning it off then on, and a whole load of other varients of this ith no luck, any ideas?

Did you set the bluetooth unit in your car to pairing mode? You need to do so before the phone will find it. You need to refer to the car manual on instuctions to set it to pairing mode.
