Bluetooth is part of the 610's hardware. i assume you are referring to the ability to send files over Bluetooth, which isn't enabled until your device receives the Windows Phone 7.8 update. there will be an app in the Marketplace called Bluetooth Share. WP 7.8 is rolling out to customers over the next three weeks or so, so if you don't receive the update, check with your local Nokia or your network carrier.
