Calender Questions (Shared, Exchange and Live)... Lumia 820

Hey guys,

 

We have recently got some lovely shiny new Nokia Lumia 820's in at work and have a few questions I can't find the answers too and I was wondering if you could help.

 

Firstly, is there any way to view shared Exchange calenders without adding the full account and just switching off email etc?

 

Secondly, once you have entered a calender entry into the calender under the live calender, is there anyway to change it to the exchange version without deleting and ra-adding it again in the correct calender.
