I have following problems with my phone lumia 900

1- i can not put running call on hold to receive call on waiting.

2- i can not disconnect current call to answer call on waiting.

please help

Turn call waiting on or off
Press the keypad icon.
To turn on call waiting.
Key in *43# and press call.
To turn off call waiting:
Key in #43# and press call

I have just received the new handset and it's receiving calls ok, however, I can only answer through the speakerphone and not through the handset. The person making the call to me cannot hear me either, until I go onto the speakerphone
