calss cant end till today and this a real fact in this phone which nokia has created that is nokia lumia 710 and till date their is no solution for it with nokia

One solution that temporarily worked for me was to disable international calling assist. It worked on few numbers, but the problem still persists most of the time.

nokia should replace lumia 710 with nokia 700 on free of cost with out condition because it is fault of nokia and they should stop publishing ads on lumina and prodution of lumina

@stunnner exactly i am also with you and this i am asking from day one to nokia that is from 14th Jan 2012 till today they are doing resarch work with the people money .

I have submitted this Nokia Lumia 710 to nokia third time to nokia care center for the same isuue . and till now my phone is rounding in Nokia care center. i have purchased this phone on 14th jan 2012 and i have submitted this phone to care ceneter on 17th jan 2012 and till today it is rounding in Care center. if any updats are avaliable why nokia has not given phone back till now?

Yesterday Evening only i recived my Nokia Limia 710 from Care center after almost 10 days i have received it. Nokia care said they have to send the mobile to head office for the problem Calls cant end. and when i asked what was the problem they told harware problem IC Problem-- how true is that i do not know. and My phone is under testing . but i still face some connectivity Issues. Hope it work properly .

Hi Nokia, I just recieved my first smartphone Lumia 710
The same issue as explained by others too:Cant end callan hanging issue
I placed it in Nokia care centre:
Shop No 18 Omkar Complex, Near D A V School, D P Road, Aundh, Pune - 411007
Some so called technician taken it for 5 hrs and after some formatting and without testing ,given back to me.
Even now am getting this bug.
I request you Nokia+Microsoft ,Kindly back my money or solve my problem as am thinking to move in Pune local court against this case which will definitely not good for your business.
Please inform me :
1.why the problem is coming
2.how it can be solved
3.how much time will you take

@ ashutosh this problem is their not only for you but all over india and i guess all over world i contacttde many person with the same issue and theu confirm abt that in delhi also and in chennai also . i have submited my phone to nokia care for 3rd time . and at third time they send it to nokia head office in delhi. and i received the phone back after 10days . i asked what was the issue they (nokia care said) IC issue. and 3 days back only i have received the phone and still it is working properly. i hope it continues working properly. forget about refund or replacement i asked for the same but nokia has not given.

Dear sir/madam,
I visited to Nokia care centre for the requested problem, they did their best but were unable to solve the problem. Because after maintenance the problem is as it is as it was earlier. I'm not finding the proper solution of my problem, hence the only option left is to return the product to company and take back my money. Suggest me the proper solution of problem otherwise I will be compelled to take help of consumer forum for aforesaid problem. For ur information I'm mentioning the details of product:
Company: Nokia.
Model: Nokia lumia 710
Purchased on: Jan 20, 2012.

I purchased the Lumia 710 on 25th Jan 2012....
From that day I facing the Call ending problem and battery life very poor

Nokia is continuing to analyze this software issue and is close to a fix. The fix will be made available via Zune as soon as possible. It is difficult to say when. One other important fact about this issue is that the phone modem is responding to the call disconnect signal from the touch display, the call is taken down as it should. The issue is that the user interface displays the call disconnect button but is should not. Consequently consumer are not being excessively billed for a call that seems to be staying up.

@ nokia --- without proper analysing and proper testing why you have put this phone in market it almost two months now till now no proper solution is avalaible,no proper answer with Nokia. as said by nokia when it will be solved ,why Nokia Is still selling the product ? No Money with Nokia? or due to recession?
