Can't send a Voice Note or Pictures via Text

Own a Nokia Lumia 920 on AT&T. Tried to use the texting function to send a Voice note. When I try to send it says "Can't send message Try Again". Same thing happens when I try to send a picture via text. Finally, people have tried to send images via text and it says I can open the media.

My owns a Lumia 900 as well and it does the same thing.

Thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks

Voice note & pictures are sent via mms. So you need to set one up in the settings-access point menu. You can contact you operator for the settings.

Re: Can't send a Voice Note or Pictures via Text

MMS is a text message which has something attached to it. When you add any media to a text it becomes a media message. To be able to send it you will need to have mobile data switched on.

So far as the settings they should be there automatically from the SIM card. If not try getting the Nokia Network set up app from Windows market place or contact your service provider. Not wanting to be rude but if you can call into a high street shop of your network provider it might be easier for you to get this set up if you speak to some one face to face.
