Cant Update on Zune ? Need help !!!

I have Lumia 800 Black . Zune has announced a new update from nokia ( Firmware update ) but i can't update via Zune . When to step "Install update" my phone restart immediately . pls help me update and  thanks for your attention .

 

OS version : 7.10.8107.79 ( updated by cab files)

Firmware Version : 1600.2479.7740.11451 

Zune Version : 4.8.2345.0

Wouldn't have anything to do with manually updating OS if that is what you are saying?

 

Although ALL data would be lost have you thought of trying going to Settings > About > Reset your Phone?

Symbian specialist until 31/01/2013 with interests in Maemo & MeeGo but an aversion to Windows!

I tried to reset my phone but still failed . I used Windows phone support tools but it say " cant recover this phone " >< .
