Those two models do not support dual SIM and they never will.

you dont see any high-end devices from any manufacturer on any platform that have dual-SIM functionality, so i doubt that this feature will come to Windows Phone anytime soon unfortunately.

Not exactly high end, but very close to the upper mid range:

Galaxy S Duos (they have a bunch of other Android Dual Sim phones)

HTC Desire V

Nokia is hardky losing the battle. The phones you mention are midrange at best so the point is still very much valid.

Dual sim has never been available in high end smartphone for any of the Nokia's competitors.....

Regardless of availability in competitors models or position in ranges it would need Microsoft to add and enable support for dual sims in the operating system before Nokia could produce WP8 device with that feature.

I do expect to see it happen sometime in the future, but at this stage only Microsoft can answer when.
