Echo Ringtone on Lumia 610

I have a very bad issue with my Lumia 610. When a phone comes, the ringtone just ring normally about 3 seconds then it reduces the quality and volume. And it seems that the echo appears, i can hear the sound outside from my speaker

And this error happen with all Ringtones, both custom ringtones and default ringtones

I have the same problem, the nokia care cant find a solution to this...pls tell me the solution to this problem....
