How do you create a new OneNote notebook and/or create and rename page sections on a Lumia phone?

I have a Lumia 800 and I was wondering how to manage certain files in Microsoft Office better.

The whole Microsoft Office in a phone experience is quite new to me and I was wondering how I can create a new notebook in my Lumia 800's OneNote, rename page sections like the one under the default "Personal" notebook that is defaultly named "Unfiled Notes", and I was also wondering how to create more of these page sections on my phone.

I've tried searching "Lumia 800 OneNote how to create notebook" on Google but has failed on finding any site that shows relevance to my question.

If someone could just give me tips or tricks on how to use these kind of apps, I would be very grateful.

I guess I just wasn't typing the right words into Google.

Thank you!
