Hi

Have just got a Lumia 610 and i would like to transfer a couple of my videos from my computer to the Phone

Can i do this and if so what format does it have to be converted to as i have tried once in mpeg4 and it says the phone cannot play this

Hi Many Thanks for the rapid reply..Im not too technical and have read through the reply you gave and it means not alot to me i must be stupid !! is there a simple version which can tell me what i need to do i have downloaded the media info program but what do i do with it now Thanks again

All technicallities aside, you can download the FREE STUDIO 5 video convertor to convert whatever videos you are having trouble with.

 To use the Mediainfo program right click on your video file and select Mediainfo from the menu. This will open a new window giving detailed information about your video, including its audio stream.
