You cannot use Nokia Suite with the 920. You can either use the Windows Phone app for Windows 8, or for Windows 7, depending on which system you have. There is also a Windows Phone app for Mac OS X users. You can also copy music and videos over to the 920 through File Explorer within Windows.
There is no support for FM radio function within Windows Phone 8 at present, same with file manager. As this is a user to user forum only, your best bet is to leave feedback direclty with Microsoft via the link: http://windowsphone.uservoice.com
