I can't hear what the caller is saying. Bad sound quality on a Lumia 620.

Hi Nokia,

When I am making a call, I can't hear what the caller is saying clearly. Sometimes I can hear the caller but the caller can't hear me. It is the same when the call is on speakerphone or through bluetooth headset.

That's on a Lumia 620.

If I take the SIM out and put it in my Lumia 710, I can hear everything.

I have had the 620 for 5 days. Should I return it to the O2 shop where I bought it?

Is there a fault with the 620?

Sounds like a fault with the phone so you should return it or get it repaired at your local Nokia Care Point.

Even i am facing the same problem. So i went to,the care center where they updated the os.

but still no success. They also requested to replace the micro sim card , so i brought a new micro sim card.

but still faced the same disappointment.

so i will be taking it back to the care center, so lets see what happens.
