I can't update nokia music on windows phone to the latest version even though my area is supported

Nokia Music is supported in Singapore but I can't update the application to its latest version 3.1 because it says "This app is not available for you device". Many users around the world are unable to update too, as seen from your support forums. What is wrong?

Nokia Music v3.1 requires the latest Nokia Firmware revision to be installed (ending in 1222xx). You can verify this version in Settings>About>more information. Also check this post on our forum for more information.
