I am so incredibly displeased with the poor quality of my Lumia 900. I dont know if I got the worst one ever made but nontheless, still very broken.

Yesterday while I was charging my Lumia 900, I noticed a burning scent in my room. I checked my phone and was shocked to notice that the tip of the phone (where the usb plugs in) and the phone itself, were incredibly hot, so much so that I almost burned myself. (The phone was laying on a wooden table with nothing near it, nothing covering it, no cover on, no interfearance). I tried to unplug the cable from the phone but it wouldn't budge. With some force I managed to get the cable out of the connector and to my demise noticed that the entire usb-connector on the phone itself showed signs of burn damage. Not only that, but that connector inside the phone is also warped from the intense amount of heat that it endured. So now I cannot charge my phone. 

Ontop of the many other issues ive had (Touch screen not working, purple tint issue, volume issues, physical side buttons not responding) this has been one of my worst phone experiences. I'm going to take the infernal phone to get repaired, see what Rogers can do, but I will gurantee that I will not pay a single cent to get it repaired. This is clearly a manufacturing error on Nokia's part and I will not suffer for their neglegence.

I can understand how your experience will have been a shock and must worry you. I would like to suggest you do at least contact Nokia Care and discuss this with them. You can contact them through phone, mail or chat (where available) through this link.

If you can provide me the Lumia 900 details, IMEI number and purchase details in a personal message on this forum I will forward this as well to ensure you will receive the proper support and care in this.
