I am big fan of Nokia I purchased this phone by giving preference over Samsung galaxy. But I am getting following difficulties. Please resolve it.

How to access internet on PC using Nokia alumina  710 and I also want to know how can download photos or videos from mobile to my PC?

You can use Zune software to sync photos and videos from and to your device. Just download and install it.

To have internet on your PC through the phone, you go to

settings -> internet sharing

Then connect your PC using WiFi.

Note I understood not all Nokia's have this feature, but that it will be added in a future update.

Also note that some operators block this feature or require a special contract.

Not sure why you are being told to go to settings > internet sharing....

currently the lumia's don't have this feature....it is coming though
