Hi there, I am having a problem with my Nokia Lumia 610. when i receive incoming calls on my phone i can hear the other person without having answered the phone. this also happens when the phone is on silent however the other person who is trying to reach me can not hear me...i have already set the phone to reset settings but the problem still continues.

How did you reset the settings of the phone? You may try some recommended resolutions provided here.
