Hi,

As in many threads here and on another forums/sites users reported low volume levels in Lumia 800, I wanted to ask if there is some updates pending to fix it? Volume is fine when I try to make a call on loud speaker, but when I try to talk to someone using the ear speaker on a noisy street this is impossible and 10 level is not enough. Also music is quiet, there is almost no bass there, and compared to HTC Desire X, Xperia Neo V is much much much worse than any of phones which i had before.

Can Nokia tell us something about it? How many users have a similar issue?

I got brand new Lumia with a newest firmware.

Cannot understand why Nokia refuse to deal with this problem, been to a care centre once and about to return the phone for a 3rd time !!!!!!!

Incoming call volume on 10 is low and impossible to hear anything on a busy street. Music volume is low on 30 but i'd trade that for some call volume anyday - it is a phone after all.
