Lumia 610 search button light leaking

Hello, anyone here experienced issues with Lumia 610 search button light. It seems to leak and the light is clearly noticeable on the screen, though this is considered as only minor issues. Just bought it on May 12th and I realised this problems 2 days ago. Hope anyone can help
