Lumia 610 touchscreen not working now

Hi there all of a sudden my nokia lumia 610 stop being responsive to me touching the screen.I have tried hard reset ,taking out the battery for 24 hours and putting back in and fully charging it. all buttons are responsive except the touch ones. im still within my guarantee but have no insurance or a nokia shop near me PLEASE HELP
