Lumia 710 3g antenna trouble

2 weeks ago I took my Lumia 710 to maintenance (Nokia Care in Finland).  Reason: 3G network does not work.

They told in this Finnish Nokia Care company that my phone has to be sent to Czech for changing some parts, because this finnish Nokia Care company is not allowed to change these antenna parts.

My phone was sent to "Arvato services".

 

Today I got it back. Now: No network. Only calls are possible. No data transfer at all. Nokia Services rules. Yesss!!!

 Please, find "repair protocol" as an  attachment.

 

Today there was several IT-people to identify this: no network with this Nokia Lumia 710.

It was very useful to send it from Finland to Czech for only Software Update.

Now I have sent it back to maintenance, maybe it is 2 weeks on the road and...after that,Does it work? I don't Care...

Tired...

Have you tested that the sim is ok and not faulty?

Sim works perfectly on another device.

I'm not dissapointed for Lumia 710. Great phone! It happens that antennas can get broken.

 

I'm dissapointed for NOKIA CARE service.

They are so careless.
