Just got Lumia 710 2 days ago, and upgraded it in Zune to the latest, and now I notice when I call from iphone 4s, it does not show the caller's number. However if I call from other cell phone or primus voip, it's fine.

I have tried to swap the sim cards between Lumia 710 and iphone 4s, I still have the exact the same issue, so I am sure it's something to do with the phone not carrier.

Anyone has the same issue? Any fix ?

Have you checked if the number/name is duplicated in your people/contacts?

The problem is number not showing up, it just says unknown number.

I also tried adding a contact for that number, however still showing unknown number.

For me, it only happens when I call from my iphone 4s to lumia 710

My 710 diplayed 'Unknown' for about 80% of all calls (non-4S included). A call to my carrier (Rogers) revealed that this was a known issue with 710.  There was a temporary fix however.  They disabled 'name display' in their end, and bingo call display now works with anyone who calls me!

I have this "Unknown Number" problem and the Rogers techincal support couldn't find anything wrong (He didn't even know if Nokia Lumia 710 supports call display feature) but I found your post and asked him to turn off "Name Display" --> which he spent 3 minutes finding out the difference between Call Display, Who Called, and Name Display...

But this fix works! Thank you again!

You need to contact your Service Provider as they will be the ones to do it.

Hey read your post and Ive got the same probleme but I am with fido ...so I shoud call them and ask to switch off my caller ID option  and switch on and it will work ?
