I have downloaded many tracks on my lumia 710 via nokia mysic but none of them have saved there is an error of not saved....
Please give me the solution

Hi,
I am having same issue with my Nokia Lumia 510 since last 10 days.
I have upgraded it with 7.8 but problen still persists.
Please help.

Hi guys
Regarding on your concern you need to have the latest version of Nokia Music installed.
Check your own version number by opening Nokia Music and go to Settings > About.
If you do not have the latest version of Nokia Music, you should be able to update Nokia Music from within the application, or go to Marketplace on your phone. If you cannot see an update for Nokia Music, upgrade Marketplace or delete Nokia Music from your phone and re-download it from Marketplace.
Once you have updated, locate the track or album in the Nokia Music and see if this will work ![]()

I tried the mentioned steps on my lumia 710 (windows 7.8) but still facing the same issue.
Downloaded songs are not getting saved.
I am using this phone since last 4 months. However facing this issue since last 20 days.
Kindly help.
