Lumia 710 - Windows 8107 Update on TMobile

Has anyone been able to get the 8107 Windows Phone update on TMobile on the Lumia 710?

 

My Zune software and the phone keep telling me I am up to date on 7740 but the Nokia site clearly states that 8107 is available?

 

Is TMobile blocking this update? Should I take it up with them?
