Lumia 710 hands free call volume problem

Hi, I have a weird problem wiht Lumia 710. When using handsfree, the volume is either full or silent. The problem is independent what headphones I use, or if I try to adjust volume from the phone or from the handsfree controller. The wire is AHJ (when using the monster purity which is the primary headphones).

 

When listening to music (not in call) the volume works fine.

 

How to get other volume levels than scilent or maximum? I've triyed to reboot. Thanks!

Dear friend,

I have experienced the same problem as You.

I tried to look in the manuals, i tried with different headphones, and finaly I phoned the certified service and they told me it is probably the software issue. When I said that then I will reset the phone, the only answered that I should make sure to backup everithing I can (contacts, documents, picrutes, notes ...)

I performed the reset and now it is OK, volume works perfectly with the standard enclosed headphones.
