Have followed the instructions on the "How to" guide to transfer music into phone. Opened zune and did the drag and drop routine on the computer it stated "albums transferred" but on the phone went to music and videos page and contains nothing???

Well you can't view music and video when connected to Zune, so assuming you had disconnected the phone first, have you checked your sync settings in Zune and also ensured everything you want on the phone is in your collection, it won't drag and drop if not ? Also if transferring Video, it can take ages to convert and it may be you need to leave the phone connected for a lot longer ?

Haii.. can u peple suggest me how can i download the songs directly into my lumia mobile  with a nokia account........ my model is lumia 710 .. plzzzzzzz help me

Hey,

It is very simple task. Make sure internet connection is available on your lumia phone. Open Nokia Music app and go to Store. So from here you can search the songs and download it.
