Hi Guys

I'm having a small issue with my Nokia Lumia 800, the problem is the booting time is taking a very long time to load/boot up. From about 5-15 mins each time. I didn't have these problems before and I haven't made many changes in terms of apps etc but I've noticed this issue since about 4-6 weeks ago.

Any one have a solution for this?

Hi jdanvers,

Is your phone up to date?  To compare your current version with the latest : Menu > Settings > About > More information > Firmware Revision Number.

If your phone needs to be updated, I would advise you to download Zune and connect your phone to your PC to update it.

If the problem persists, I would suggest you to contact your local Nokia care to get the phone checked.

Hi Yes its all upto date, it was fine up until a few weeks ago.

I'll guess I'll have to take it to a Nokia care point. thanks

Yes, I think the best thing to do would be to visit your nearest Nokia care.

In the end I just reset my phone as I was having problems with it rebooting itself constantly. It's fixed all my issues and my phone is working brilliantly now.
