Hi. I have set up my e-mail account on the Lumia 800. I have this account set up on my laptop as well (and I read them using MS Outlook 2007). I use the phone to read the e-mails when away from home. When I download the messages onto my laptop, they disappear from the phone. I want them to stay on the phone until I choose to delete them. Not when the phone decides to. The account is POP3. Any ideas? I am also running a hotmail account on the phone but that does not have the same issue. Confused! Thanks.

Set your laptop mail client to not delete mails from the server when fetched.

Your phone sync mail with the same server, so whan your laptop client removes the mail tey are also removed from the phone next time a sync occurs.
