Hello,

I found, that from the last software upgrade the headset is simply not usable for making calls:

- the problem is only in call mode

- the volume up/down is not working

- the microphone is too quiet

Before the software upgrade everything was fine ...

Does anybody has idea what can be wrong with the phone?

hi mate,

have you checked that you are up-to-date with the latest firmware installed on your device, via checking via Zune on your PC? if there are any updates, please update to the latest version offered. also check that you are up-to-date with all the latest Nokia system apps in the Marketplace. also try performing a soft reset (pressing the volume down and power buttons together until the phone vibrates).

Thanks for the advices.

The software was the newest version, i've tried the soft reset, but it did not helped.

After that I've made a recovery -> to the time before the last software upgrade, and the probllem disappeared.

So, I'll check this forum, when MS (or Nokia) will solve the problem, and after that I' going to make the firmware upgrade again.
