In Samsung Android phones - there is a way to take a photo of the screen that is in focus..ie., press middle button +  Power on/off button at d same time to d screenshot of the phone - as an image.

 

is there something like that?

Not on a WP7.x unfortunately. No third party app either AFAIK.

Is/was feasible for developer unlocked Windows Phone 7.5 but not sure avout 7.8 as here:http://www.developer.nokia.com/Community/Wiki/How_to_take_screenshot_on_Windows_Phone
