Hy guys,

I am having my Lumia 800 for two months now and I noticed that some of my SMS messages are disappearing either based on the number of messages or their age.I dont know whether or not this is intentional but I want it to go as I need to keep track of my conversations.

Is there any way to make sure none of my messages (neither sent nor received) gets lost?

Hi, I have the 710 which is based on the same software as you 800

Have a look inside the settings and see whether any settings are enabled for expiration etc .

Feel free to reply if more problems!

Otherwise, you may be stuck to sent your phone for repair, Which country do you live in?

thank you for your message, unfortunately I could not locate any settings related to expiring messages. Could you give me a hint where these settings might be located?
