I went through the whole update process  to  7.10.8107.79 however firmware is still 1600.2479.7740.11451,

 instead of  1600.2483.8106.11500 where the batery fix is included why is this happening? is there a solution

The same probleme hier: since last year i'm waiting with my 950mAh buggy branding-free Lumia on the 18 january to get the battery update. Now, nearly two weeks after rollout, there is still no update for me, wonderfull

have similar problem, originally a "3" phone, unlocked officially by "3" (paid £15) but still get the "3" start-up screen.

I was advised that to "unbrand" the device completely, I will need to "flush" the phone in "Nokia Centre".

Do you guys have phones that were SIM-free from the beginning?

I have the same issue.... My phone arrive yesterday and I updated the Windows OS straight away.  However, the Nokia firmware still have the version 11451.  Haven't tried the "disconnection trick" to "force update" it... 

Anyone tried??

Meanwhile, Nokia, can you please explain what action we, as end user, can do to update the FW to 11500?? It's official on Nokia website and we still can't get it!!!!
