Hi

Had a very strange experience with my lumia 800 and I hope that someone can explain me what happened.

I connected the phone to the charger and laid it down.

After some hours I picked it up without pressing a button. I saw for two seconds the keypad to enter the security code, afterwards the screen was black for 20 seconds and then was for one hour the nokia symbol on the screen and the phone got pretty warm. After this hour the phone started like after factory reset and all settings and data was lost.

Does anybody have an idea what happen with my phone?

I just had this same exact problem when i placed my phone to charge and went to work and i came home only to find out that the phone automatically factory reset. lost everything expecially my game save progress that i invested so much time into. I was DEVESTATED. At least i know it wasent a hacker like i initially thought it was
