Hi all...except Nokia support.

 

I had THREE Nokia Lumia 800,....the problem of freeze happen in all of them.

In some situations this problem can burn an intern component, and the phone will never turn on, that happen to one , they replace for a new one...no repair was possible.

 

At least right now I know the reason for this, I tought it was a combination of listen music and navigate in web.

 

The Problem is really in the software player, if you choose in market another player this will not happen anymore.

 

Neverthless is a stupid thing that Nokia can't or don't want to correct.

Its not a STUPID THING! Nokia and Microsoft will correct features or issues based on feedback.
