Lumia 800 transfer contacts with Honda HFT

I have a Lumia 800 which works over bluetooth with the Honda Hands Free Telephone (HFT) in my Honda car. I can make/receive calls, read (spoken) and dictate text messages.

How do I transfer contacts from the Lumia to the HFT phone system via bluetooth without entering them all manually. The system will hold 50 contacts in its phone book so I presume I can use some sort of selection process?

The 'standard' contracts transfer to bring in contacts from an old phone doesn't work the other way.
