Hi All,
I bought a Nokia Lumia 800 off eBay from a private seller in November 2012 in brand new, unopened packaging, so it had never been used before (I was the first user of the phone). I now have a charging problem that I have been advised to get fixed under warranty but as I don’t have an ‘original’ receipt purchase, does this mean the warranty is not valid?
Thanks,
Mez

@jmayna
Provided that you are seeking warranty in the same region as originally supplied, there should not be an issue as device would have been registered when you first used it.

Ok that's fine - thanks for your help.
Do I need to take any documentation with me when going to get the warranty replair or just the phone?

Dont need the warranty card. Proof of purchase should suffice.
