The subject application is NOT available for WP8.
There is another application called 'Data Sense' that does the job but read the NOTE at the bottom here ...

Farby is correct here. Just to add, Data Sense is applicable to Nokia Lumia 822 which is under the Verizon US as of the moment.
A feature of the Nokia Xpress does the job but this is limited to using the application itself. Here's the link to the application: http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/nokia-
Cheers.

Why Counters App is not available for Lumia 820 while its easily available for 800? it sounds strange.

Please make Counters available for WP8. This must be easier / faster than waiting for the network to enable Datasense, if they ever do. I don't live in the US so I can't use Verizon.

Nokia is least bothered about this. I really have no idea Why its taking a long time for nokia people to make this app avaialable for wp8. After all its such a simple app with much simpler concept.

hello
this is the third forum, where all the responsible companies only say i am not the one who has to care for it. you have to wait for another one.
there are a good tools to do the job on windows phone 8, but nobody says to the paying customer that it is not working, or only for a few people all over the world who are lucky and can use the right provider.
there is a problem on data sense and a problem on visual voicemail too. on windows phone support, there is only a note that it is not available for ALL operators, but not for which.
and for sure, telekom is not ALL operators, it is a big one. but nothing is working in germany. and it is not better for using vodafone or any other provider.
always the same song. the user is the last one the companies do care about. why is it not possible for nokia, microsoft and telekom to come together and develop the missing features for the users.
please consider that the users are that peaople who pay for it.
