have you tried tapping and holding on the MMS message and selecting Forward? otherwise, you are not able to forward videos that are say larger than 300-600kb in size due to the size restrictions of the MMS protocol.

When I first read the OP's post I thought he meant "how to fast forward" in a video. But if you need to send someone a video that you have recorded on the phone you can upload it to Skydrive and from there send a link to your recipient. They will then be able to download the video.
