Lumia 820 (att) settings not opening

Hey I just my lumia 820 from att on saturday and i love it but there seems to be a problem with some of the settings. It seems like that audio, display+touch, and Nokia account don't seem to open and just send you back to the default settings menu. Anyone know a fix?

That's not right. Have you tried resetting your phone? You may lose your data when you reset so you will need to backup your data before hand. To reset, you press and hold the vol down+Power+camera buttons. Release the power button only after the phone vibrates and release the remaining buttons about 5 seconds after that. If this doesn't work then I would suggest having it looked at by your local Nokia Care Point. YOu can locate your nearest care point using the link below.

Re: Lumia 820 (att) settings not opening

Same thing happened to me when I collected my 820 back from care centre. Installing the store updates worked for most except Nokia account and feedback to Nokia.

Did the suggested reset solve your problems?
