When i watch a video on youtube from internet explorer 10 then open music to listen, my volume degree is stays at 1 point and i can't make the volume up with volume buttons. İt shows 30 but gives music still 1 degree.

try rebooting the phone and press top volume key.when your watching video 30 is the max.

What happens if you use third party application such as Tube Pro for viewing YouTube videos?

i tried tube pro, there no problem with using tube pro. The problem is just happening with ie10 and phone speakers. İf you watch your video with earphone, you can adjust volume but if you watch your video with ie10 and phone speakers, you can't adjust volume then.

Today i checked the problem on four different lumia display products in shops (one of is a nokia shop) in bursa turkey. All 820 lumias have the same problem.

 İf u watch a video from youtube on internet explorer and if u adjust volume, after that the volume of music player decreeses to 1/30 and you can't change it.

Hello,

I had the same problem today. But I don't remember if it was after watch a video on youtube.

this volume problem is only with the music. If i play a game the volume is OK and if i call with speaker the level is Ok and if someone call me the volume ringtone is OK.

I have a Lumia 820. Sorry for my inglish, I am french.

Just watched rather odd maybe a limitation with the 820 or a bug.
Hopefully next update might fix this.

it is a bug, because there's no limitation with 1/30. İ hope they will soon give an update about this. Thanks for your help

Ive just got the phone 2 days ago and Ive got exactly the same issue ( today being 30/01/2013) so there is no fix for it so far
